Time-Lapse at Tesco

We carry out a time-lapse project at a Tesco store to monitor traffic flow....

We have just completed the time-lapse capture of a car park at a Tesco store to enable Tesco and their consultants Transport Planning Associates to monitor traffic flow and the way the car park is used.

Latest Time-Lapse Installation in Kent

We prepare to install a Time Lapse System for CFS...

Our latest installation will be for CFS and Hotrot,  at a huge state-of-the-art recycling facility being set up in Kent. One of our Time Lapse Systems will record the entire delivery and construction of two innovative industrial scale composing units. CFS or Composting Facilities Services are leaders in waste management in the South East.

As well as capturing the entire build over 8 months and producing a time lapse movie, we will also be engaging our other specialisms as producers and will be carrying out other filming work. Both film footage and the time lapse sequence will comprise a document and promotional film of the process, which we will edit and produce at the end of the project.

The first day of filming will be spectacular as we hope to capture parts of the units arriving - taking up two lanes of the QE2 bridge while accompanied by two outriders.

We now have our Time Lapse Systems operating from Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides to the coast of Kent.

The picture below shows part of the huge hanger, which will house the composing units.

Bottle Kilns Revealed

Camera records demolition to capture historic industrial site... ...

Our time lapse system sited in Normacot, Stoke-on-Trent captured the demolition of the former Enson works. We recorded the demolition with a high capture rate in order to collect sufficient images to provide a thorough time lapse film of the process. The demolition revealed the four Grade II listed 'bottle kilns' or 'bottle ovens' which lay inside the site. As the picture below (taken from our remote viewer) shows, the distinctively shaped structures, which are a part of England's industrial heritage, are now set against the horizon to present quite a striking scene.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council are now working with their construction contractors to erect a new landmark building, which the kilns will sit within. We will be time lapsing the construction of this building too, every step along the way, from commencement of the groundworks to completion in Autumn 2011.
