We recently worked for Essar at their Stanlow Refinery to capture a truly epic project, involving the replacement of a huge Regenerator Head, as part of a £25 million refurbishment project.

The 450-tonne head for Stanlow’s flagship residue fluidised catalytic cracking unit is the largest of its kind in Europe. The ‘cracker’ head, which is vital to Stanlow’s production of three billion liters of petrol per annum, will give the refinery unit another 25 years of life…
