Each has contributed to the regeneration of the city, changing the skyline, and constructing major developments in Central, and Greater Manchester. We’ve installed time-lapse systems across the city centre from Deansgate to Spinningfields and Media City at Salford Quays. Our camera systems have also captured in the NOMA innovation district, Trafford Park and the Trafford Centre. MAnchester CONSTRUCTION TIME-LAPSE AND SITE MONITORING.

We have experience capturing everything from flagship office builds, to new style Private Rented Sector (PRS) developments, and retail builds, as well as smaller bespoke projects. Our Manchester construction client base is varied, from large developers such as Glenbrook delivering lifestyle apartment complexes such as The Trilogy. To architects designing hotels, and bars, and local authorities constructing schools, and hospitals.

MANCHESTER SYSTEMS TIME-LAPSE

We have captured many of Greater Manchester’s infrastructure developments, for rail, road, and more. Providing short, and long term capture depending on the clients requests. As part of our work for Highways England, we captured the M56 Thorley Lane Bridge Replacement project, providing high-quality short-term time-lapse footage. We also work alongside Network Rail, documenting their numerous projects around Greater Manchester, capturing at Rochdale station, Farnworth Tunnel, and Manchester Airport. Each uses time-lapse photography for communication, and promotional purposes.

MANCHESTER BUILDING DEMOLITION

Manchester’s skyline is changing as the city is redeveloped. Meaning at Time-Lapse Systems, we have been busy producing high-quality time-lapse photography for the city’s demolition industry. More often than not, a building must be demolished to make space for a new development. Many construction projects have been preceded by capture of demolition in locations such as 125 Deansgate (Lincoln House) and Manchester University. At Spinningfields we have documented the demolition of City Wharf (Washington House) to make way for the high-profile riverside office developments of the New Bailey.

MANCHESTER INTERNAL PROJECTS.

Our time-lapse photography in Manchester have include internal projects, as well covering external works. Internal projects have included bar, retail, and office fit-outs, along with warehouse developments for large household names. This work includes the Star Wars Miniland project at Legoland Discovery Centre, the Alchemist, FoodWell at One New Bailey and Tenpin at The PrintWorks to name a few. Due to our bespoke time-lapse solutions we have the capability to work in all kinds of indoor and outdoor environments, creating micro-managed industry-leading results for every project.

ENTERTAINMENT AND LEISURE TIME-LAPSE

Time-Lapse Systems has been privileged to document Manchester’s growth as a thriving hub of nightlife, leisure and sport activities. We’ve captured the construction of the stunning Alchemist bar and restaurant at Salford Quays and editing it into eye-catching video. We’ve also documented as the interiors at Tenpin at The PrintWorks and FoodWell at One New Bailey take shape. Our clients utilise this time-lapse footage and videos to promote their work and projects, using images across their websites and social platforms.

WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION TIME-LAPSE

Major logistic and distribution companies are increasingly using time-lapse photography to capture warehouse builds. We are involved in the documentation of warehouse fit-outs for global clients, such as Amazon. Time-lapse is excellent at tracking orderly, uniform systems, such as the installation of warehouse storage solutions and machinery. By ensuring our camera systems are installed with the best view, photographs regularly record each incremental phase of activity to document the intricacies of works undertaken in such a focused setting.

UTLITIES AND ENERGY TIME-LAPSE

We have numerous Greater Manchester clients from the energy and utilities industries using time-lapse in varied ways, from capturing large scale builds to day to day developments. We were involved in capturing the installation of new waste and water treatment works at Lostock, near Bolton for the KMI+ joint venture. We’ve also captured the construction of the wastewater treatment works at Trafford Park for United Utilities.

Our Town Hall

HERITAGE TIME-LAPSE

Manchester is full of industrial history and heritage. We have captured historic buildings being renovated and reworked as the city preserves its past. We are currently working with Manchester City Council, documenting developments at the “Our Town Hall” project through our installed external and internal camera systems. At the heart of the project is the restoration and enhancement of the Grade I-listed Town Hall and Albert Square, to preserve them for use by future generations. The council is capturing developments to translate to the Manchester community all the work that is being undertaken at this significant architectural landmark.
