News Time-lapsing ongoing developments at Campbell Wharf Marina

THE FIRST boats arrive in new 111-berth wharf marina, which we have been time-lapsing from under-utilised land to fully-fledged marina.

For the past year, we have been working closely with Crest to provide focused capture of specific developments throughout the course of Campbell Wharf’s dramatic transformation, through two remotely managed time-lapse camera systems.

Utilising our own dedicated control software, we have strategically managed capture rates remotely, reacting to and documenting these important phases of progress.

Most recently of these was the marina’s grand opening last month, which followed shortly after it was filled with 25,000 cubic litres of water between January and February 2019.

Another key milestone was the installation of a bespoke footbridge, which has become a vital piece of infrastructure for wider community of Campbell Park.

Ultra HD images we have captured throughout have been widely shared by our client and other news outlets, as part of ongoing press operations.

Developed by Crest Nicholson and the Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP), the wider Campbell Wharf development will include 383 new homes, a cafe, restaurant and new McMullen & Sons pub.

Our camera systems will continue to provide uninterrupted time-lapse capture of these construction activities, as construction moves towards its final phases.
