News We provide Ultra High Definition Monitoring and Time-Lapse to Genr8 Developments
We have recently installed one of our Ultra High Definition Time-Lapse and Site Monitoring Systems to capture the creation of the Central Business District in the City of Stoke-on-Trent, for Genr8 and Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
We have mounted our camera system high on the roof of Hanley Library, by means of specialist brackets, to ensure we capture a panoramic view of this vast project as it unfolds over the coming years.

Genr8 Developments is a regeneration specialist appointed by the City of Stoke-on-Trent to help deliver a new Central Business District for Stoke-on-Trent City Centre. It is hoped that the CBD will diversify Stoke-on-Trent’s economic base and help the City become resilient in the face of future economic challenges.
In the first phase of the project, we will capture a 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) office building, to be occupied by the City Council, as well as extensive areas of high quality public realms. This includes a five-storey building, designed by HWL Architects. It will feature a ‘mixed mode’ system providing modern accommodation and energy efficiency. At the same time the design will incorporate a glazed curtain walling system inspired by great local ceramics designers of the past including Clarice Cliff, which will create a stunning skyline and a vibrant new business quarter for the City.
We are looking forward to capturing all of this, and our thanks go to Genr8 and Stoke-on-Trent City Council for entrusting us to capture every step of this landmark city centre regeneration project, in glorious Ultra High Definition.
