MEPC – 10 Wellington Place

Our latest Friday Feature focuses on just one of many jobs we have worked on in the heart of Leeds. Part of a major new urban quarter and business location, 10 Wellington Place makes up 3,900 sq ft of this stunning office and retail space.

This was the first major office development to take place in centre of Leeds for five years, marking an important venture for the city. Members of the public were able to view live images from the project were available to view online

Once complete, 10 Wellington Place achieved BREEAM Excellent status for both its design and construction stages.
