News Time Lapse Installed for Vinci Construction UK and Stoke on Trent City Council
VINCI Construction UK, working for Stoke-on-Trent City Council, has recently commissioned one of our duel high definition site monitoring and time-lapse camera systems, which we have now installed on the roof of the Victoria Hall, city centre, Stoke-on-Trent.
The camera system looks toward the south of the city and will capture the construction of Stoke-on-Trent’s new £15 million state-of-the art bus terminal.
The first stage of the project has now begun with the foundation drilling and pilling. Following these ground-works, our camera system will also monitor and capture the construction of concrete frames, claddings, and finally the erection of an innovative wave-design roof.
The bus station is the first phase of the £350million City Sentral, which – when it opens in 2015 – will transform the city centre into a regional shopping destination.
We look forward to offering VINCI Construction UK and Stoke-on-Trent City Council a means to continually monitor the progress of the construction, as well as eventually providing them with the best quality high definition time-lapse sequence; which will act as a stunning record of this landmark development.
