News Two Time-Lapse Camera Systems in Westminster
We are pleased to announce our continued collaboration with the Berkeley Group, a prominent UK property developer, through the deployment of our high-definition time-lapse and site monitoring services. Our latest endeavor involves the installation of advanced camera systems at two significant sites in Westminster: Abell House and Cleland House.
Project Overview
Located in the heart of Westminster, Abell House and Cleland House are undergoing a transformative redevelopment. The initial phase involves the demolition of the existing structures, followed by the construction of new residential buildings comprising luxury apartments and penthouses. These developments are poised to become premier addresses in central London, offering residents unparalleled access to the city’s cultural, political, and economic hubs.
Time-Lapse and Site Monitoring Implementation
To document this significant transformation, we have installed our in-house developed HD camera systems at both sites. These systems are designed to capture high-resolution images at regular intervals, providing a comprehensive visual record of the demolition and construction processes. The captured images are transmitted in real-time to our Interactive Remote Imaging System (IRIS), a secure online platform that offers several key features:
- Real-Time Access: Authorised Berkeley Group personnel can access up-to-date images of the sites at any time, from any location, using desktops, tablets, or smartphones.
- Archived Imagery: IRIS maintains a complete archive of all captured images, allowing users to review the project’s progression from inception to completion.
- High-Definition Quality: The system delivers images in exceptional HD quality, ensuring that every detail of the construction process is meticulously documented.
Benefits to the Berkeley Group
Our time-lapse and site monitoring services offer several advantages to the Berkeley Group:
- Project Management: Real-time visual access enables project managers to monitor construction activities closely, facilitating timely decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: High-quality time-lapse videos serve as compelling tools for engaging stakeholders, including investors, future residents, and the broader community, by showcasing the project’s development over time.
- Marketing and Promotion: The visual content generated can be utilised in marketing campaigns, providing potential buyers with a dynamic view of the project’s evolution and the quality of construction.
Commitment to Excellence
Our ongoing partnership with the Berkeley Group underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality visual documentation that meets the exacting standards of leading property developers. We are honoured to be entrusted with capturing the development of Abell House and Cleland House, projects that are set to enhance Westminster’s architectural landscape.
