Nottinghamshire

In Nottingham, we have worked extensively on regeneration schemes, including the Broadmarsh redevelopment. Our systems documented the demolition of the multi-storey car park and surrounding structures, providing a clear record of progress on this major city-centre site.

At Newark, we reported from the Caledonian Modular factory. Here, our cameras documented the manufacture of modules used in the Hercules joint venture between Kier and Balfour Beatty, which created accommodation at MoD Lyneham. Leicester

In Leicester, redevelopment continues to shape the city. We have been involved in documenting the Leicester Tigers’ redevelopment of the former Granby Hall site. This project has seen the creation of a £22 million hotel complex and multi-storey car park adjacent to the rugby stadium, transforming an important part of the city landscape.

Derby

Derby has seen extensive regeneration, and our systems have been installed to capture both demolition and new development.

We recorded the Celanese Acetate demolition in Spondon, undertaken by Squibb Group. On the same 140-acre site, we are now documenting the creation of SMART PARC, a 1.8 million sq ft collaborative food manufacturing hub.

In the city centre, we installed cameras to document the demolition of the Derby Royal Infirmary Nurses Home. Time-lapse capture was combined with remote monitoring, giving contractors the ability to manage a sensitive ‘live’ site where healthcare activity continued alongside demolition. The secure online portal provided by Time-Lapse Systems ensured the project could be closely monitored while maintaining safety and efficiency.

We have also been working extensively with Amazon, recording retrofits and new construction across the UK. In the East Midlands, this includes their site in Derby as well as projects in nearby Northamptonshire.
